Ingredients
- 1.5 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter, cold, cut into small cubes
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tbsp flaked sea salt and black pepper, for topping

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.

Add cold butter cubes and rub with your fingers until mixture looks like coarse breadcrumbs, ~2 minutes.

Pour in water and stir until a shaggy dough forms. Bring together with your hands.

Roll dough between parchment paper to 1/8-inch thick. Peel off top parchment.

Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Cut or break into 1.5-inch pieces.
