Ingredients

  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough (room temperature)
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella, shredded
  • ¾ cup diced ham
  • ¾ cup fresh pineapple, cut into small chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat olive oil in a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

  2. 2

Stretch pizza dough and lay it flat in the skillet, pressing it to cover the bottom and slightly up the sides.

  3. 3

Cook dough 3–4 minutes until the bottom is light golden and set, then scatter ham and pineapple evenly over top.

  4. 4

Sprinkle mozzarella generously over ham and pineapple, covering the whole surface.

  5. 5

Reduce heat to medium and cover the skillet loosely with foil or a lid, cooking until cheese melts and bubbles, 5–6 minutes.

  6. 6

Slide onto a cutting board, slice into wedges, and serve immediately.
