Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or 1 lb refrigerated)
  • ½ cup diced ham
  • ¾ cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  • 1 medium bell peppers (any color), chopped
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat a 12-inch cast iron skillet or sheet pan over medium-high for 2 minutes until hot.

  2. 2

Stretch or roll dough to fit the pan. Transfer to the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden, ~3 minutes.

  3. 3

Flip the crust. Spread pizza sauce on the cooked side, leaving a half-inch border.

  4. 4

Top with ham, pineapple, bell peppers, then mozzarella. Cover the pan loosely with foil.

  5. 5

Reduce heat to medium and cook covered for 5–6 minutes until cheese melts and crust is golden underneath.

  6. 6

Slide onto a cutting board, slice in half, and serve hot.
