Ingredients
- 1 ball pizza dough (store-bought or 1 lb refrigerated)
- ½ cup diced ham
- ¾ cup fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 medium bell peppers (any color), chopped
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara

Heat a 12-inch cast iron skillet or sheet pan over medium-high for 2 minutes until hot.

Stretch or roll dough to fit the pan. Transfer to the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden, ~3 minutes.

Flip the crust. Spread pizza sauce on the cooked side, leaving a half-inch border.

Top with ham, pineapple, bell peppers, then mozzarella. Cover the pan loosely with foil.
