Ingredients

  • 2 pieces naan or flatbread
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup diced ham
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Heat oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 1 minute.

    Place one naan in the skillet and cook 1–2 minutes until the bottom is golden and crispy.

    Flip naan. Scatter half the cheese, ham, and pineapple evenly over the top.

    Cover skillet and cook 2–3 minutes until cheese melts and bottom is crispy.

    Slide onto a cutting board. Repeat with second naan and remaining toppings.

    Slice and serve immediately while cheese is still melty.
