Ingredients

  • 1 ball (about 10 oz) store-bought pizza dough
  • ¾ cup diced ham
  • ¾ cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Stretch pizza dough into a thin disk about 10 inches across, working gently with your hands.

    Heat olive oil in a 12-inch nonstick or cast iron skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 1 minute.

    Slide dough onto the hot skillet. Cook until the bottom is golden and crisp, 2–3 minutes, without moving it.

    Scatter ham and pineapple over the dough, then top with shredded mozzarella, leaving a thin border.

    Cover the skillet with a lid or foil. Cook until cheese is melted and bubbly, 3–4 minutes.
