Ingredients
- 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or thawed frozen)
- 1.5 cups fresh pineapple, cut into bite-sized chunks
- ¾ cup deli ham, torn or chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Heat olive oil in a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

Scatter ham and pineapple chunks over the dough, leaving a thin border. Top with mozzarella and red pepper flakes.
- 4
Cover the skillet with a lid or foil. Reduce heat to medium and cook until the cheese melts and edges are golden, 6–8 minutes.
