Ingredients

  • 1 lb store-bought pizza dough (thawed if frozen)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup pizza sauce or marinara
  • 1 cup diced ham (preferably honey ham)
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced (or canned, drained well)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes or jalapeño slices (optional heat)

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 475°F. Stretch dough on an oil-rubbed sheet pan until it fills the pan.

    Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a thin border for crust.

    Scatter ham and pineapple pieces over the sauce in an even layer.

    Top with mozzarella, covering the filling completely. Sprinkle red pepper flakes if using.
