Ingredients
- 1.5 lb Lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 can (14 oz) Canned crushed tomatoes
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- 3 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1.5 tsp Garam masala
- 1 medium Onion, diced

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

Add diced onion and cook, stirring often, until soft and golden, 4 minutes.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and garam masala, cook until fragrant, 30 seconds.

Add lamb cubes, brown with stirring, breaking apart clumps, 5 minutes. You should see no pink.

Pour in crushed tomatoes and 0.5 cup water, stir well, then simmer uncovered 6 minutes.

Stir in cream, simmer 2 minutes until sauce coats a spoon. Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
