- 1 lb pre-made pizza dough
- 8 oz Brussels sprouts
- 4 oz deli ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 475°F. Stretch the 1 lb dough onto a 12-inch baking sheet, pressing to the edges. Brush with 1 tbsp olive oil.

Thinly slice the 8 oz Brussels sprouts and 4 oz ham. Scatter both over the dough, then top with 1 cup mozzarella.
