Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • 3 tbsp, divided olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp coarse sea salt (for topping)

Instructions

    Mix flour, water, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and yeast until a shaggy dough forms.

    Knead on a lightly oiled surface for 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

    Divide dough into 8–12 equal pieces and roll each into a thin, long rope.
