Ingredients
- 2 count large flour tortillas (or spinach wraps)
- ¾ cup hummus
- 1 medium, sliced lengthwise 1/4-inch thick zucchini
- 1 large, cut into 3-inch strips bell pepper (any color)
- 1 cup, lightly packed fresh spinach or arugula
- 2 tbsp tahini
- ½ count lemon (juiced)

Brush zucchini and bell pepper with oil, salt, and pepper. Grill 2-3 minutes per side until charred and tender.
