Ingredients
- 500 g squid, cleaned
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- ½ small red onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Pat squid dry and score lightly in a crosshatch pattern.
