Ingredients
- 2 6 oz each salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium orange
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 to taste salt and pepper

Pat the 2 salmon fillets dry and brush with 1 tbsp olive oil. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook until the skin is crisp and the flesh turns opaque, about 6-8 minutes. Flip and cook 2-3 minutes more until just flaky.

While the salmon cooks, mix 0.5 cup yogurt with 1 tbsp chopped dill and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

Slice the orange into thin rounds. Cut one round into small wedges for garnish.
