Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder or pork chops
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
- 2 whole lime
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp fish sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Pour over 1 lb pork and let marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high. Cook the pork for 4-5 minutes per side, until charred and cooked through (internal temp 145°F).

While pork cooks, make the sauce: combine juice of 1 lime, remaining 1 minced garlic clove, and 1 tbsp fish sauce in a small bowl. Stir in 1 tbsp chopped cilantro.
