- 4 sandwich rolls
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Season the 1 lb steak with 1 tsp salt and 0.5 tsp black pepper on both sides. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the steak and cook for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, until browned and internal temperature reaches 135°F. Transfer to a cutting board and rest for 5 minutes.

While the steak rests, in a bowl combine 2 cups shredded cabbage, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, and the juice of 1 lime. Toss well and season with a pinch of salt.
