Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken pieces
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt

In a blender, combine 0.5 cup yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3 garlic cloves, 0.5 cup cilantro, 0.25 cup mint, 1 tsp cumin, and 1 tsp salt. Blend until smooth.

Place 2 lb chicken pieces in a large bowl. Pour the marinade over and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates.

Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill chicken, turning occasionally, until charred and cooked through, about 20-25 minutes. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
