Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ lb ground chicken
  • ½ medium yellow onion, finely minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1.5 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced

Instructions

    Mix beef, chicken, onion, parsley, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl until just combined.

    Divide mixture into 8 portions. Wet your hands and mold each portion tightly around a metal skewer.

    Heat grill to high. Once hot, oil the grates lightly, then lay skewers directly on heat.

    Grill 3 to 4 minutes per side without moving. Edges should look charred; meat should feel firm when pressed.

    Stir yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl for sauce.
