Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs beef short ribs (asado de tira)
- 2 links chorizo sausage, sliced into 1-inch rounds
- 1 link morcilla (blood sausage), sliced
- 1 whole rotisserie chicken, cut into 4 pieces
- 2 large bell peppers (red or yellow), cut into quarters
- 1 pinch kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
