Ingredients

  • 1 lb green papaya, peeled and shredded
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)
  • 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 whole fresh Thai or red chili, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts, crushed

Instructions

    Place shredded papaya in a large bowl with lime juice, fish sauce, and minced chili.
