Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups mixed fresh berries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt for serving

Blend Greek yogurt, eggs, 1 tbsp honey, and vanilla until smooth. Batter will be thick.

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat with a light oil coating until a droplet sizzles.
