Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp each salt and pepper
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (for tzatziki)
- ½ lemon lemon (juiced)
- 2 pieces pita bread
- 1 cup total tomato, red onion, and cucumber (chopped)

Place chicken breast on a cutting board. Slice horizontally into two thin cutlets, then cut into 1/2-inch strips.

Mix oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Toss chicken strips with the spice mixture.

Stir Greek yogurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt in a small bowl. Set tzatziki aside.

Heat olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.
