Ingredients

  • 1 large grapefruit
  • 2 cups club soda
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1

Slice the 1 large grapefruit into thin rounds, then cut 2 of the slices in half for garnish. Squeeze the juice from the remaining slices into a small bowl, about 1/4 cup.

  2. 2

Fill two tall glasses with the 1 cup ice cubes. Divide the grapefruit juice evenly between the glasses, about 2 tbsp each.

  3. 3

Add 1 tbsp simple syrup to each glass and stir briefly to combine with the juice.

  4. 4

Pour 1 cup club soda into each glass, filling almost to the top. Stir gently once to mix.

  5. 5

Garnish each glass with a grapefruit slice or two. Serve immediately while bubbly and cold.
