Ingredients
- 1 large grapefruit
- 2 cups club soda
- 2 tbsp simple syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes

Slice the 1 large grapefruit into thin rounds, then cut 2 of the slices in half for garnish. Squeeze the juice from the remaining slices into a small bowl, about 1/4 cup.

Fill two tall glasses with the 1 cup ice cubes. Divide the grapefruit juice evenly between the glasses, about 2 tbsp each.

Add 1 tbsp simple syrup to each glass and stir briefly to combine with the juice.

Pour 1 cup club soda into each glass, filling almost to the top. Stir gently once to mix.
