Ingredients
- 8 oz fusilli pasta
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 1 medium onion
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- ½ tsp dried red chili flakes

Cook the 8 oz fusilli in salted boiling water until al dente, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add the 1 lb beef stew meat and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove beef and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the 1 sliced onion and cook over medium until soft and golden, about 5 minutes.

Return beef to the skillet. Stir in the 15 oz tomato sauce, 1 tsp dried rosemary, and 0.5 tsp dried red chili flakes. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 10 minutes.

Serve the goulash over the cooked fusilli. Add salt and pepper to taste.
