Ingredients

  • 2 pieces naan or pita bread (store-bought, large)
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ tsp fleur de sel or flaky sea salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

    Place naan on the sheet pan. Melt 2 tbsp butter and brush generously over the top.

    Scatter sesame seeds evenly across the buttered bread, pressing gently.

    Bake 7–8 minutes until edges are golden and sesame seeds smell nutty.

    Warm honey with remaining 1 tbsp butter in a small pan, ~90 seconds over low heat.

    Drizzle honey-butter over warm pide. Serve with halved tomatoes sprinkled with fleur de sel.
