Ingredients
- 1 12 inch pre-baked pizza crust
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 4 oz prosciutto
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups arugula
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat oven to 450°F. Place the 1 pre-baked pizza crust on a baking sheet and brush with 1 tbsp olive oil.

Bake the crust until golden and crisp, about 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, halve the 1 cup cherry tomatoes and tear the 4 oz prosciutto into pieces.

Remove crust from oven. Tear the 8 oz burrata and scatter over the hot crust along with the halved tomatoes.

Top with the torn prosciutto and 2 cups arugula. Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil and serve immediately.
