- 2 lbs chicken wings (drumettes and flats separated)
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp ginger (grated)
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 stalks scallions (sliced), for garnish
