Ingredients
- 3 lb fully cooked ham
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp ground cloves

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the 3 lb ham in a roasting pan and score the top in a diamond pattern, about 1/4 inch deep.

In a small bowl, mix the 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, and 1/4 tsp ground cloves until smooth.

Brush half of the glaze over the ham, making sure to get it into the scored lines.

Bake the ham for 15 minutes, then brush with the remaining glaze. Continue baking until the glaze is sticky and caramelized, about 15 more minutes.
