Ingredients
- 8 cloves garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 slices bread
- ½ cup cilantro
- ½ teaspoon salt

Thinly slice the 8 garlic cloves. Heat the 3 tbsp olive oil in a pot over medium heat and add the garlic, cooking until fragrant and lightly golden, about 2 minutes.
