Ingredients
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 6 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 4 cups fresh leafy greens (spinach, bok choy, or amaranth)
- 1 cup chicken or seafood broth

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

Add minced garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant, then add shrimp and squid rings.

Sear seafood without stirring for 2 minutes, then stir and cook 1 more minute until mostly opaque.
