Ingredients

  • 1 ball store-bought pizza dough (1 lb)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 425°F. Stretch pizza dough into a rough 10x8-inch rectangle on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

  2. 2

Warm 4 tbsp olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 60 seconds. Stir in minced garlic.

  3. 3

Remove garlic oil from heat. Brush evenly over dough. Strip rosemary leaves from stems and scatter across the top.

  4. 4

Dimple the entire surface with your fingertips, pressing down to create deep pockets. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.

  5. 5

Bake for 12-14 minutes until edges are golden brown and puffed, surface should sizzle slightly.

  6. 6

Cool for 1 minute, then slice into rectangles and serve warm.
