Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 ball store-bought pizza dough (1 lb)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce or ranch, for dipping

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat oven to 400°F. Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat, then add minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

  2. 2

Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan and parsley. Set the garlic mixture aside to cool slightly.

  3. 3

Tear the pizza dough into 16–20 bite-size pieces and place in a greased 9-inch round cake pan or small skillet, nestling them close together.

  4. 4

Drizzle the garlic-butter mixture evenly over the dough pieces, using a spoon to coat each one.

  5. 5

Bake for 12–14 minutes until the bread is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

  6. 6

Remove from oven and let cool 2 minutes. Serve warm with marinara or ranch for dipping.
