Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (one 12-16 oz package, about 12 rolls)
  • 1.5 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 tbsp butter, softened
  • 3 tbsp garlic, minced (about 6 cloves)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix softened butter with minced garlic and parsley until fragrant.

    Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally in half, creating a top and bottom layer.

    Spread garlic butter on the bottom layer. Layer half the shredded cheese evenly.

    Place the top layer of rolls on the cheese. Spread remaining garlic butter on top.

    Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top. Season with salt and pepper.
