Ingredients
- 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp instant yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1.25 cups warm water (110°F)
- ½ cup baking soda (for boiling bath)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp coarse pretzel salt or sea salt
