Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, large, peeled and deveined
- 1 whole (zested + juiced) lemon
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 rounds pita bread
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
