Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup watermelon chunks
- 1 cup mango chunks
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp sprinkles
Instructions
- 1
In a blender, combine the 1 cup pineapple chunks, 1 cup watermelon chunks, 1 cup mango chunks, 2 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp lime juice. Blend until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
- 2
Taste the mixture and add more honey if you prefer it sweeter. The puree should be thick but pourable, like a smoothie.
- 3
Pour the puree into popsicle molds, filling each about 3/4 full. Tap the molds on the counter to release any air bubbles.
- 4
Sprinkle 2 tbsp sprinkles evenly into each mold, then insert popsicle sticks. Freeze until solid, at least 4 hours or overnight.
- 5
To unmold, run the molds under warm water for 30 seconds until the popsicles release easily. Serve immediately.
