- 1 package (14 oz) pie crust
- 4 cups mixed red berries
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out the 1 package pie crust and fit half into a 9 inch pie dish, leaving the other half for the lattice.

In a large bowl, toss the 4 cups mixed red berries with 0.5 cup sugar and 3 tbsp cornstarch until evenly coated.

Pour the berry mixture into the pie crust. Cut the remaining crust into 1 inch strips and weave a lattice over the filling, pressing edges to seal.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbling. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
