- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 whole kiwi
- ½ whole mango
- 1 whole orange
Instructions

- 3
Peel and slice 1 kiwi into thin rounds, then cut each round in half. Peel 0.5 mango and slice into thin strips. Peel 1 orange and separate into segments, removing any seeds.
- 4
Arrange the kiwi, mango, and orange segments on top of the cream in a decorative pattern, then scatter 0.5 cup blueberries over the fruit.
- 5
Chill the tartlets for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the cream set. Serve cold.
