Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 large eggs
- 3 stalks green onions
- 2 tablespoons ikura (salmon roe)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper

Chop green onions, separating white and green parts.

Heat oil in a wok over high heat; scramble eggs until just set, then remove.
