Ingredients
- 4 filets white fish fillets
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil

Pat the 4 fish fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with 1 tsp salt and 0.5 tsp black pepper.

Place 0.5 cup flour in a shallow dish. Dredge each fillet in the flour, shaking off excess, until lightly coated.

Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 2 minutes.

Add the fish fillets in a single layer, working in batches if needed. Cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Transfer the fish to a plate and immediately sprinkle with 0.25 cup chopped parsley and 2 tbsp chopped dill.
