Ingredients
- 1 lb pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded provolone
- ¼ cup crumbled gorgonzola
- ¼ cup grated parmesan
- ½ cup roasted red peppers
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 475°F with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside. On a floured surface, stretch the 1 lb pizza dough into a 12-inch round, about 1/4 inch thick.
- 2
Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper. Brush the surface with the 1 tbsp olive oil, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
- 3
Sprinkle the 1 cup mozzarella, 1/2 cup provolone, 1/4 cup gorgonzola, and 1/4 cup parmesan evenly over the dough, leaving the border bare.
- 4
Scatter the 1/2 cup roasted red peppers over the cheese. Sprinkle with the 1 tsp dried oregano.
- 5
Slide the pizza (with parchment) onto the hot stone or sheet. Bake until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and browned in spots, about 12-15 minutes.
- 6
Let the pizza cool for 2 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
