Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Mash bananas in a bowl until mostly smooth, a few small lumps are fine.

Crack eggs into the bowl and whisk with banana until pale and combined, about 1 minute.

Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until it foams, about 45 seconds.
