Ingredients

  • 1 whole ripe banana
  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 whole eggs
  • ¾ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 whole banana, sliced
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

    Blend banana, oats, and eggs in a blender until smooth, about 60 seconds.

    Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil or butter the surface.
