Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 whole ripe bananas
  • 3 whole eggs
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup strawberry jam
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Blend oats, 2 bananas (peeled), 3 eggs, 0.5 tsp vanilla, and a pinch of salt until smooth.

    Heat 1 tbsp butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until foaming, about 90 seconds.

    Pour 1/3 cup batter per pancake and cook 2–3 minutes until edges look set and bubbles form on top.

    Flip and cook the other side until golden, about 1–2 minutes.

    Repeat with remaining batter, adding remaining 1 tbsp butter as needed.

    Serve pancakes topped with sliced banana and strawberry jam.
