- 1 sheet puff pastry
- ½ cup custard
- 1 large strawberry
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 large egg

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the 1 sheet puff pastry into 4 fish shapes using a cookie cutter or knife.

Place 2 tbsp custard in the center of 2 pastry fish, leaving a border. Brush edges with beaten egg, then top with the remaining fish shapes and press edges to seal.

Brush the tops with the remaining beaten egg and sprinkle with 1 tsp black sesame seeds. Bake until golden and puffed, about 15 minutes.
