Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pancit canton noodles
  • ½ pound pork belly, sliced thin
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • ½ cup green peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped

Instructions

    Soak noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
