- 1.5 lb potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 cups water
