Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh whole milk
  • 1 single shot (1 oz) espresso
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 whole biscotti or butter biscuit

Instructions

    Pull a single espresso shot into a warm 8-10 oz ceramic cup.

    Steam the milk with an espresso machine wand until it reaches 150-155°F and has a thick layer of micro-foam on top.

    Pour the steamed milk into the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon, then top with a thick layer of micro-foam.

    Dust lightly with cocoa powder if desired. Serve immediately with the biscuit on the side.
