- 2 bags English breakfast tea bags
- 16 oz boiling water
- 4 oz cold milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 pieces butter biscuits (digestives or hobnobs)
- ¼ cup roasted almonds and cashews

Pour boiling water into a teapot or cup and steep both tea bags for 3–4 minutes until dark golden.

Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved.
