Ingredients
- 2 whole English muffins
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices Canadian bacon
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
