Ingredients
- 1 whole bagel
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 handful arugula
- 1 pinch salt

Slice the bagel in half and toast it until golden and crisp, about 3 minutes.

Melt 1 tbsp butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Crack in 1 egg and cook until the white is set and the edges are crispy, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
